Women and youth have the potential to change their own economic status, as well as that of the communities and country. Yet more often than not, youth and women’s economic contributions go unrecognized, their work undervalued and their promise undernourished. We are working with youth and women by enabling them to access financial services, building their knowledge and skills on entrepreneurship, employ ability, business management, leadership and innovation skills that can give women and youth greater confidence and control over their future, making a shaky outlook a lot brighter.
