Minofu has over 6 years of experience working on donor-funded public health Projects. He has expertise and skills in providing targeted disease prevention, care and treatment services. Strong background in working with PEPFAR-funded HIV projects in NGOs such as Doctors with Africa, AGPAHI, THPS, and the local government health systems contributing towards achieving the 95 95 95 UNAIDS targets. Excellent ability in Organizational managerial skills, advocacy, mobilization, demand creation and capacity building.
